Knowing how to read each part saves time and helps you ask the right questions.</p><p style="font-size: 17px; line-height: 1.85; color: #333234; margin: 0 0 18px 0;">This guide walks through a typical property listing section by section and ends with questions to send to the agent. It carries no prices or rules.</p><h2 style="font-size: 28px; line-height: 1.35; font-weight: 650; color: #222; border-left: 4px solid #ffcc00; padding-left: 12px; margin: 38px 0 18px 0;">The Short Answer</h2><p style="font-size: 17px; line-height: 1.85; color: #333234; margin: 0 0 18px 0;">Read a listing as a list of claims to confirm. Start with the location and the area figure, then the price, the terms and the description. Anything missing is a question to ask before you enquire.</p><h2 style="font-size: 28px; line-height: 1.35; font-weight: 650; color: #222; border-left: 4px solid #ffcc00; padding-left: 12px; margin: 38px 0 18px 0;">Location</h2><p style="font-size: 17px; line-height: 1.85; color: #333234; margin: 0 0 18px 0;">Check the exact area and building, not only the city. A name alone may cover several very different neighbourhoods. Use a map to look at the surroundings.</p><h2 style="font-size: 28px; line-height: 1.35; font-weight: 650; color: #222; border-left: 4px solid #ffcc00; padding-left: 12px; margin: 38px 0 18px 0;">Size and Price</h2><p style="font-size: 17px; line-height: 1.85; color: #333234; margin: 0 0 18px 0;">Note the unit used for area.
