Developer profile

Bloom Holding projects in Dubai

Bloom Holding is an Abu Dhabi developer working across residential communities, education and hospitality. Its flagship is Bloom Living in Zayed City - a walled, Mediterranean-Spanish community of villas, townhouses and apartments laid out around a central lake, with its own schools, clubhouse, community centre, parks and retail. Bloom releases it in named Spanish phases, each one architecturally consistent with the last: terracotta pantile roofs, cream render, arched windows and wrought-iron balconies, with mature planting on the streets from day one. Carmona is the final phase of that masterplan.
